Product information
Nursing Jewellery
The bright bold colours make silicone jewellery visually stimulating for infants and young children. Silicone jewellery is a great option for mums to wear while nursing to hold babies' attention and help them feed for longer.
Please be mindful that our necklaces are designed for ADULTS to wear and should not be left with an infant or child at any time.
Care and cleaning
Jewellery should be washed before the first wear. The best care for your product depends on the components, please follow these care instructions:
Silicone beads can be washed in warm soapy water. If your necklace has only silicone beads it can be washed in the dishwasher.
Wooden beads can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Acrylic beads (rose gold or silver) can be wiped with a lightly damp cloth and should be dried immediately with a soft cloth.
If you are on the go, a wet wipe can be used to clean your product.
Product Safety
All silicone beads are sourced from local suppliers and comply with Australia safety standards, proving that they are 100% non-toxic. Free from BPA, Lead, Mercury, PVC, Latex, Phthalates and Cadmium.
Our natural eco wood beads are free from chemicals and are not varnished or coated, avoiding the risk of unexpected allergens or toxins.
This makes silicone and wood jewellery perfect for those with sensitive skin or allergies.
With a focus on safety - you will notice our jewellery has no reference to teething. Following a change by the ACCC in 2015, anything marketed as 'teething jewellery' is now classified as a 'teething toy'. As jewellery is made up of small parts and cords, 'teething jewellery' would not pass toy safety testing. Therefore it is important to note that all jewellery is for adults to wear and should not be left with an infant or child at any time. Many safety-conscious mums choose to wear silicone and wood bead jewellery as it is 100% non-toxic and soft to touch.
The breakaway clasp is great for those with their hands full! If your little one is pulling at your necklace, or it gets caught on something, the clasp will pop open without damaging the necklace.
